Graduate Freshers or experienced (max upto 2 years), interested for Voice process

Job Description:
Provide telephonic & email support to Tesco Store Personal, Head Office Officials on property(stores)/equipment related issues
Interact with the contractors to have timely responses
Raising tickets for every job called through and assigning them to the relevant internal/external team
Would be a 8 hrs calling environment with semi-technical support provided based on business needs
