National Institute of Technology Manipur, invites applications from candidates of Indian nationality for appointment to the following position:

Accountant	1	PB - 2 (Rs. 9,300-34,800/-) with Grad Pay of Rs. 4,200/-^** ^*Scale of pay as 6^thpay commission	Essential i) First class Bachlor's Degree in Commerce with Honours in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent in grad from a recognized University or Institute or Master’s Degree in Commerce / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University or Institute with excellent academic record ii) Knowledge of Computer applications viz word processing, Spread Sheet and Computer-based accounting software (including Tally) Desirable: (i) Accounting experience in a reputed organization	30 years (relaxation as per Govt norms)

^**Plus Govt of India allowances as applicable to NITs from time to time.
