Qualification:

• Clerk: A applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University and He/She should have passed matriculation examination with Hindi / Punjabi as one of the subjects and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spreadsheets).

Note: A applicant who is possessing the degree of Graduation from any stream i.e. Arts, Science, Commerce, Computer or equivalent thereto is eligible.

• Stenographer Grade-III: The applicant should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spreadsheets). He/She should also have passed matriculation examination with Hindi/Punjabi as one of the subjects.

Note: The applicant who is possessing the degree of Graduation from any stream i.e. Arts, Science, Commerce, Computer or equivalent thereto is eligible.

• Driver: A applicant should be at least middle pass with Punjabi / Hindi as one of the subjects. He should possess a valid license for L.T.V and He should not have been convicted of any offense for negligent driving and should have a minimum of two years experience of driving a car and The applicant shall possess a requisite experience certificate in this regard.

Age Limit:

• Applicants Should not exceed 37 Years

Pay Scale:

• Clerk – Rs.10300 – 34800+3200/-
• Stenographer Grade-III – Rs.10300 – 34800+3600/-
• Driver – Rs.5910 – 20200+2400/-
