B.Com / B.Sc/ BA / M.Com / MBA (Engineer graduates need not to apply)
50% and above with no year gaps in Education
0 to 2 years Experience
Skills:
Fluent English (oral & written)
Strong analytical skills
Careful on data handling with detailed checks
Customer service oriented
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Good team player
Knowledge of primary, secondary data research is preferable
Job Description:
Research and update customer records information in DS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools including:
o Customer details (location, contacts, …)
o Business data (market, industry, products)
o Financial data (revenues, sizing )
o DS products information
o Sales channel and territory
o Billing process
Understand and implement DS framework to map business (market segmentation, industry segmentation, industry specific products )
Create Prospects in CRM with required level of information
Manage specific requests coming from DS Sales teams
When companies are newly acquired by DS, transfer their customer databases into DS CRM
Carry out market or industry surveys whenever needed
Work in relationship with DS team in Geoplatform
Other reporting or special assignments when needed
