• Special Management Executive: Passed CA/ ICWA/ ACS/ MBA in Finance or 2 years PG Diploma in Finance from recognized University
• Deputy General Manager (Law) – Contractual: Passed Degree in Law (3 or 5 years) from a recognized board
• Deputy General Manager (Law) –  Regular: Passed Degree in Law (3 or 5 years) from a recognized board. Post Graduation in Law will be preferable
• Deputy Manager (Law): Passed Degree in Law from a recognized University

Age Limit:

• Special Management Executive: 30 to 40 years
• Deputy General Manager (Law) – Contractual: 42 to 52 years
• Deputy General Manager (Law) – Regular: 42 to 52 years
• Deputy Manager (Law): 25 to 35 years

Pay Scale:

• Special Management Executive: Rs. 1,50,000
• Deputy General Manager (Law) -Contractual: Rs.39,000/-
• Deputy General Manager (Law) – Regular: Rs.30,000/-
• Deputy Manager (Law): Rs.15,000/-
