Qualification:

• Assistant (General): Applicants who have completed Graduate with a pass in ‘O’ Level Certificate Examination in Computer operation or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Assistant (Finance): Applicants who have completed Graduate in Commerce with a pass in ‘O’ Level Certificate Examination in Computer operation or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Craftsman (Fitter cum Mechanic): Applicants who have completed SSLC/Class X, National Trade Certificate in the relevant trade with 2 years experience in the relevant trade in maintenance/ fabrication/erection in a large Fertilizer /Chemical/ Petrochemical Plant or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Deputy Manager(Finance): Applicants who have completed Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ii) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)/ (ICWAI) from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India and Minimum 3 years or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Male Nurse: Applicants who have completed SSLC/ Class X and Diploma in Nursing with State registration or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Chemical: Applicants who have completed Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical /Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology/Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Engg. / Polymer Technology or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Mechanical: Applicants who have completed Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical /Production/ Manufacturing Engg./Manufacturing Science & Engg or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Electrical: Applicants who have completed Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics /Electrical & Instrumentation or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.

• Marketing: Applicants who have completed BSc Agriculture from a recognized University/Institute PLUS 2 years PG Degree/PG Diploma in Management or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Officer (Sales): Applicants who have completed BSc Agriculture with working knowledge (speak, read, write)of at least one of the languages viz. Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, in addition to English or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Officer(Public Relations): Applicants who have completed Bachelor degree in any discipline PLUS two-year Postgraduate qualification in Communication/Advertising and Communication Management/Mass Communication/Public Relations or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Officer (Company Secretariate): Applicants who have completed Degree in Law/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Business Management or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Stenographer (UR): Applicants who have completed Graduate with Typewriting Higher (English) KGTE or equivalent qualification and Short Hand Lower (English) with 3 years post-qualification experience as Stenographer or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Technician (Process): Applicants who have completed Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
• Technician (Mechanical): Applicants who have completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. with 2 years post qualification experience or equivalent from a recognized Institute for FACT Recruitment 2018.
