The Border Roads Organisation develops and maintains road networks in India’s border areas and friendly neighboring countries. Officers from the Border Roads Engineering Service and personnel from the General Reserve Engineer Force form the parent cadre of the Border Roads Organisation. Educational Qualification:

Post No.1: Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent and Possessing a heavy Motor vehicle driving license.
Post No.2: Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent and Possessing certificate of Auto Electrician from Industrial
Training Institute or equivalent.
Post No.3: Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent and Possessing Certificate of Mechanic in Motor Vehicle / Diesel /Heat Engine.
Post No.4: Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent and Should qualify in proficiency test in the trade to be conducted by Border Roads Organisation.
