Qualification:

• Applicants who have completed Any Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experiences or equivalent from a recognized Institute for Ashok Leyland 2018

Responsibilities:

• On-ground point of contact for all Service transactions in the area
• Help stakeholders (mechanics, drivers) navigate the app flow
• Should conduct periodic surprise inspections of the trucks undergoing service appointments with garages to ensure work is being properly conducted and the entire process flow is happening through ServiceMandi app; to ensure that all workflows are properly recorded in ServiceMandi app.
• Responsible for working with garage partners to meet the delivery timelines as committed to the customer
• In case of customer complaint escalations, handle any complaints the customer may have and makes sure that the customer is satisfied with the service
• Periodically checks on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and updates the customer service team when technicians discover additional problems, in order to get customer approval to do additional work and explains the work performed and the charges being billed

Skills:

• Must possess adequate commercial vehicle service and technical skills – For handling customer queries & Technical Issues
• Must be able to diagnose problems based on inspection & speaking with mechanics and by asking the right questions. Seek the help of Ashok Leyland Tech service team if required, to resolve technical issues
• Visually inspect the area of concern for additional clues before conveying this information accurately to mechanics, which can locate the problem and apply the correct fix
• Advisers must be able to translate complex commercial vehicle service terms and procedures into something that mechanics can understand. They must explain how repairs were made and justify the cost so that
• Customer care teams can interface with the customer
• Min experience of 3 years in automobile service is required
