Job Description:
Understand the monthly production plan and complete the assigned assembly of the machine as per the standard time lines.
Ensure the proper documentation of the machine during the process of assembly.
Ensure proper entries in NICIM to record your performance & efficiency as per the agreed norms.
Support the team leader in the process of assembly to ensure machine reliability and deliver zero defects product.
Improving the productivity efficiency to meet Biesse Italian Standards.
Identify, evaluate and apply the best & safe.
Maintain and clean the machines and equipments used for assembly before and after completion of work.
Follow safety norms as per the standards, while performing the tasks.
Participate in Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical support to service & customers based upon the requirement.
Handle any other activities assigned by superiors based upon the organizational requirements.
