Job Description:
Research and update customer records information in DS Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools including Customer details (location, contacts, …), Business data (market, industry, products), Financial data (revenues, sizing), DS products information, Sales channel and territory, Billing process
Understand and implement DS framework to map business (market segmentation, industry segmentation, industry specific products )
Create Prospects in CRM with required level of information
Manage specific requests coming from DS Sales teams When companies are newly acquired by DS, transfer their customer databases into DS CRM
Carry out market or industry surveys whenever needed
Work in relationship with DS team in Geo platform
Other reporting or special assignments when needed
